Project Brief
This term you will explore the medium of sculpture. Inspired by Western Australian Ceramicist, Fleur Schell, you will create a ceramic sculpture of an endangered Australian animal that raises awareness about animal conservation and the destruction of habitats. You will experiment with 3D art-making techniques to develop your understanding of form and texture. Through this project, you will reflect on your own experiences and surroundings to design and create a sculpture as a response to our theme of “Environments”.
